I find it quite ironic that the anchor for this development is Whole Foods, the epitome of everything organic. Has anyone contacted them and let them know the negative impact and publicity it will direct to them?

What a great idea. Why don't you write them a letter as should everyone who agrees with this comment.

Conformance through Innovative Regional Planning How does Waterview Fit In?
Parsipanny is part of the Highlands Watershed; geographically we are in the transition zone of the Highlands and the Piedmont physiographic provinces. Living in this region of topography brings certain responsibilities; thanks to organization like NJ Highlands Coalition we are aware of this unique place to live. Our future as a people and a State of the Union has been entrusted to the health of our water resources. Therefore the Highlands Coalition through hard work has legislation has certain protections to our water resources in the nature of a Regional Master Plan of which Parsipanny plays a part. Quote: “The water resource protection goals for the Preservation and Planning areas are the same. In the Preservation Area, the goals are achieved by regulation; in the Planning Area they are achieved through innovative regional Planning”.
One obvious fact stands naked in this Waterview development scheme and that is non-conformance to valuable research and conclusion concerning our water quality, aquifer recharge and stormwater runoff in our Parsipanny watershed. The present Township Officials are ignoring a Rutgers University Study conducted and submitted to the various Highlands Municipalities including Parsipanny in March of 2006. This study in Chapter 3 sites Objectives for improvements in the Troy Brook Watershed. In this study you will find the area of Waterview mentioned for improvements, as to its recognition for Water Quality and Recharge. Our present officials seem not to recognize this fact and have thrown away any sense of conforming to the “innovative planning” mentioned in the Highlands Protections.
Rezoning to allow more impervious surface right in the area mentioned by the Rutgers Study is outrageous. This Waterview Block Lot cannot be replaced by a rain garden or a drainage ditch. To ignore this study conducted for the future of the common good and their water supply is quite intriguing. What benefit could possibly become the community by this deliberate ignoring of scientific study, short term gratification or gratuities’, but for whom?
The fact is this very Block Lot incorporated into a regional innovative plan for all of us would not be developed at all but allowed to play its natural theme as recognized by the Rutgers Study. Anyone looking at the Highlands Municipal Conformance Plan criteria for submission would clearly see this very site meets a high status for protections by its recognition as a vital landscape of the Troy Brook Watershed for the reasons mentioned in the Rutgers study.
NO REZONE AS TO THE ENLIGHTMENT OF THE RUTGERS STUDY UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF CHRISTOPHER C. OBROPTA Ph. D. P. E. We need our Planning Board and our Town-council to be innovative it’s that simple; not sell out to a developer.

Hard to come after Nick. He is my favorite commentator. I do think that I am enjoying getting to know more of my neighbors in caring about the future of our community. Group hug later. Jb

March 19 meeting RDR developer threatens community with low income housing and more.
Concerning the developer and his threat to take his Waterview development plan to a higher State Board. if we don't fold. Don't believe a higher court/board would side with him at all; State Laws are strict when it comes to wetlands; especially now after Sandy and Irene. We also have the key card to play; the Highlands. Our community was never asked publicly if we wished to "voluntarily" participate in their Master Plan. This Waterview Property would easily meet criteria to be conformed into part of those protections; Rutgers University Troy Brook Study is very important in this aspect mentioning Waterview and the surrounding areas as specific places where improvements in biodiversity and recharge need be had. If our Township worked with the Highlands we would not be here. Perhaps they think that another tax property will keep our taxes down; so they only think in money terms, not quality of life.
It was disturbing though to see that the Council seemed to be; were; more on the developers side than ours. How could Parsipanny be sued? and for what? Also the Councils' statement about the Highlands controlling our township if let them conform some of our lands into the non-development zone for aquifer protections is ridiculous. If their was a choice for the community, which there was not, what would the people pick, uneconomic development or landscape preservation? Not being given that choice is where the insult lies. This simple step into the future with the Conformance to the Highlands Master Plan would be the innovative tactic needed to free ourselves of this threat. No court of law would side with a developer of this magnitude, over a community as set against this destruction. His expectations are exceeding any normality. Toss the dice; the RDR developer just rolled snake eyes.
Advice to the Town-council pick better friends. Why is the town so afraid of lawsuits?
Suggest the town attorney look into the following publication; State and Local Wetland Regulations in Court; Avoiding Legal Problems. In here you will find many legal court cases where attempts to demise natural resources and community properties were defeated in Court. Should we add Waterview to the list of cases? More is with us than is against us; just too bad we can't count or own Municipal Officials on that side. Advise to the town attorney, join the real world; you seem influenced by fear of your image being tarnished rather than confidence in what is right.

The bottom of the Whole Foods web site has a link to forums. One of the forums is for new store locations. They say they will share your comments with their real estate department. I suggest you have a different person post a comment every day suggesting they deal with reputable developers. The threatening letter from their lawyer seems like a great rallying point. In order to counter a protest of hundreds of people, they have threatened a town of 50,000. Make sure all of Parsippany knows that.

Drooping epidermis were confirmed as they stimulate the manufacture of lost epidermis necessary protein, especially when combined in one item. Also took me another while to decipher that very few locations offer them because they are expensive and hard to draw out. Old excellent habits still perform and I am not removing physical work out, excellent hydration, avoiding long contact with the sun and maintaining healthy weight. But when it comes to halting the decline in bovine collagen and elastin manufacturing, you might need a more drastic approach...
